Kevin Kohls is a commercial real estate and business lawyer representing clients across Southeast Michigan, including Ann Arbor and Detroit. He is an expert in all aspects of commercial real estate including the sale and purchase of real estate, leases and lease disputes, boundary disputes, land development, condominiums and zoning. He has an extensive background in complex commercial real estate, construction, and property development transactions. He represents clients in requests for rezoning, planned unit developments, and site plan approvals and  also represents clients at municipal hearings.

A magna cum laude graduate of the Wayne State University Law School, Mr. Kohls is a member of the State Bar of Michigan’s Real Property Law Section, where he has served on the Land Title Standards Committee. In addition, Mr. Kohls received an AV® rating, the highest given, through Martindale-Hubbell’s peer review system. According to Martindale-Hubbell, an AV® rating means an attorney has been recognized by his or her peers as having the highest levels of skills and integrity.
